Entertaiment is a word that describes an activity that is consumed and provides pleasure. This type of entertainment can be found in movies, games, sports and many other things. It is important to note that what may be considered entertainment by one person, could be considered work or an act of cruelty by another. According to Bates and Ferri (2010), entertainment can be defined as an objective activity that involves communication between text and audience from an external stimulus, that offers pleasure, requires an audience to exist and that occurs in a passive form.
